Sending footage to Scary Com does not automatically authorize its publication or guarantee selection or payment. Before publishing selected footage, we will agree with the authorized contributor on permission, credit, and any payment. Publication may make the footage, agreed credit, and accompanying story publicly accessible on our website or YouTube channel. We do not include your contact email in a public creator credit unless you agree to that disclosure. Once information is publicly available, other people may view, copy, or share it. Removing our copy cannot guarantee removal of copies made by others.
